Once I become a
member, are there any extra charges?
Not at all. There are no extra hidden
charges.
Do members have to
pay per download?
No. We are not a "Pay Per Download"
service. Members download and burn as
much as they want, at anytime and from
anywhere.
Will I be billed
again?
No you won't. We are not a subscription
service. Fees are paid only once, and in
case you purchase a membership with an
expiration date, you will need to
purchase another membership once the
membership's time ends.
What Internet
connection is suggested?
Broadband Internet connections are
suggested. However, slower connections
will enjoy higher than expected download
ratios as well.
How long does it
take to download a full movie or a song?
An average sized movie should download
in about 2 hours on broadband and a song
in less than two or three minutes.
I'm new to downloading, how easy is it to get started?
You can be downloading within moments. We'll guide you through the short
process, to help you get started. If you have any questions,
simply send us an email and our support staff will be
more than happy to assist you.

I thought the software was free. Why am I being asked to pay?
The software is completely free of charge. What you pay goes towards
supporting our technical team and paying for the creation of more user guides.
If you're unsatisfied, you can always cancel your membership and keep the
software.
Is your software Mac compatible?
Yes, we do have software for Mac users.
I use AOL, will this service work for me?
Our software is completely AOL-friendly!
